My Story

As a Nutritional Therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and nutrition

Hormonal imbalances have significantly influenced many aspects of my life, inspiring me to continually educate myself about women's health through research and proactive healthcare. In 1999, I discovered "The Optimal Nutrition Bible" by Patrick Holford, which sparked my fascination with how food impacts the body and the science behind these effects.

My dietary and lifestyle choices have been crucial in supporting my hormonal health. Throughout my journey, I’ve built a “toolbox” of health strategies, taking a holistic approach to achieve and maintain balance.

I am deeply passionate about helping others on similar paths. Offering a supportive hand and a listening ear can make a meaningful difference in someone’s pursuit of health and balance.

Through personalised nutrition, I assist busy women in midlife in leading healthier, more joyful lives. My focus is on enhancing gut health, balancing hormones, and addressing persistent weight challenges. Using Nutritional therapy and a functional medicine approach to help you set realistic and achievable health goals, laying the foundation for long-term success.

Health is not a destination, but a life long journey

Given the right tools, the body has an amazing capacity to heal itself and always seems to be striving for balance. By giving the body the right support in the form of wholefood and lifestyle interventions, those changes can go a long way towards putting hormones and health back into balance.
